Due Badger DB/REG/01

Acceptable use policy

Acceptable use.

This page says what Due Badger may and may not be used for. It sits alongside the Terms of Service rather than replacing them, and breaking it is a breach of those Terms.

Use it for what it is

Due Badger is a register of compliance dates. Use it to record obligations you or your organisation actually hold, and to be reminded about them.

What you must not do

Agents and automated clients

An MCP client acting on your behalf is you, as far as this page is concerned. You are responsible for what a connected agent does with your register, and connecting one does not loosen any rule above.

What happens if this is broken

I may investigate suspected breaches and act on them, including removing content, suspending an account, or closing it. Where the breach is serious or ongoing I may act first and tell you afterwards. Where it is not, I will tell you what the problem is and give you a chance to put it right.
